How much does RocketRunway cost?

RocketRunway has three plans: Startup at $12/month ($120/year), Pro at $24/month ($240/year), and Team at $49/month ($490/year). Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months. Every workspace gets a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card required at signup.

Is there a free version of RocketRunway?

There is no free tier. Every signup includes a 7-day free Pro trial with full feature access and no credit card required. After the trial, the workspace moves to read-only until a plan is selected; data is preserved.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your workspace drops to read-only. Your data stays put - pick a plan whenever you're ready and full access comes back instantly. No data loss, no panic. After 30 read-only days the workspace is archived; data is hard-deleted at day 90 with a 7-day warning email.

What counts as an AI credit?

Each time the AI generates a plan - either from Describe changes or Get recommendations - it uses one credit. Dismissing a suggestion before applying doesn't cost anything extra. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Startup includes 30 credits/month, Pro 60, Team 150.

Can I switch plans?

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What's the difference between Startup, Pro, and Team?

Startup is for solo founders modelling their first runway: 1 seat, 3 active scenarios, 1 share link, 30 AI credits/month. Pro adds what-if sliders, threaded comments, hiring plan, more quotas (5 seats, 10 scenarios, 5 share links, 60 credits), password-protected shares, audit log, and PDF chart export. Team unlocks unlimited seats / scenarios / share links / snapshots / hiring positions, custom chart themes, removes the 'Powered by RocketRunway' watermark, and adds priority support.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes - annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months for twelve months of access. Every feature in the tier is the same as monthly billing.

Do you offer refunds?
